On Tuesday 17th January 2017 at 7:10am a local farmer under the name of Charles Hirons had spread harmless bark chippings up onto the front of Derby Crown Court in a peaceful protest against the ' severely flawed judicial system' especially the SRA (solicitors regulation authority).
