Stop permitting any meeting in Mangollai, Mylapore

Ever since the Mada Streets in Mylapore has been made one-way, there is no entry through South Mada Street from R K Mutt road to the temple. The only major entrances from the main thoroughfares in the area are through North Mada St (from R K Mutt Road), Mathala Narayanan St (from Kutchery Road).
When a meeting is permitted in Mangollai, it blocks East Mada St at the junction of Mathala Narayanan St., vehicles are not allowed on any of the stretches leading to that junction and anyone wanting to go to the temple have to take circuitous routes to get either to the temple or to the surrounding streets or businesses.
Mangollai may be a historical place where meetings were held in the past. But it no longer makes sense on a busy working evening to allow such meetings to happen at that busy junction. It is a loss of productivity for people to commute through the area, a loss of business for all businesses and unnecessary disturbance in traffic through the area.
Please don't permit any meeting going forward at that busy junction. This is a request from all residents of the Mylapore area..
