All American Veterans who have served  in the  National Guard and Reserves in all branches of the Armed Forces with a DD 214 should be entitled to VA Healthcare regardless of being on active duty. I have seen many veterans denied due to being drafted or not serving on active duty orders that particpate in annual training, monthly drills, and basic training but do not ordinarily meet the criteria due to not being on active duty for 90 days or more. America owes our veterans to not be denied this benefit regardless if they are National Guard or Reserves. They are constantly serving in natural disasters and other missions. I believe a change to the rules should be changed to help our veterans get needed healthcare.
