Shane Darwin started this petition to Dept of Health and Human Services (DHHS)

As a resident of one of the 10 postcodes affected by the latest round of lockdowns, I am fully suportive of the DHHS efforts to control the spread of COVID-19. Like many of the 300,000+ residents that are now under these restrictions to their movements and activities, I am supportive of the cause, but dismayed I am being asked to do all of this without seeing the postcode specific data that does in to the decision.

I am asking for your support to have the DHHS publish daily updates on COVID-19 infections by postcode across all of Victoria so we can have a clear understanding of where the disease is spreading and how we can do our part to fight this beast.

With access to data concerning:

- number of active cases by postcode

- number of infected households by postcode

we can all get the visibility we need to understand why we are being asked to curb our liberties. Especially those small business owners who are now hit again for a second time when other businesses, sometimes on the other side of the road, are able to trade.

To the residents of  3012, 3021, 3032, 3038, 3042, 3046, 3047, 3055, 3060 and 3064, you are all wonderful people for getting behind these lockdowns, join me in asking the DHHS for data to back up our sacrifices!
