DePaul University is one of the biggest universities in Chicago. Even as this, they are not offering in-person Covid-19 testing. Right now they mail-in Covid -19 testing, but this takes a total of at least 7-14 days. The majority of students who attend DePaul University are living in Chicago, yet DePaul University does not acknowledge this by not providing for Covid-19 testing in the city. Multiple other schools in Chicago, like Loyola University Chicago and Columbia College, do not offer or even efficiently help with offering resources to their students. Even if they have to collaborate with another hospital or clinic, DePaul should still be offering Covid-19 testing to their students. We are asking for testing from DePaul University or at least more connections and more help with finding it.
