Vadodara is having only a single CGHS Dispensary at General Post Office, Raopura, Vadodara. This place is situated in the congested part of the city and does not have access to four wheelers, hence, in the time of emergency it is very difficult for the patient to reach for the consultation with the Doctor. The situation becomes acute in case of old age patients or someone who cannot walk on his own. It is to mention that CGHS Dispensary at General Post Office, Raopura, Vadodara is situated at Eastern part of the city and having a distance of four / five Kilometres from the Central Revenue Colony. Since, the officers are contributing for CGHS health facility on monthly basis, It will be beneficial for all of us, if another CGHS Dispensary would be available (Western Part of the City) at a place which is easily accessible and same will be great helpful to Central Government Employees particularly to our departmental employees. Hence, this petition is started to emphasize the need of accessible basic health facility through CGHS Dispensary in the Central Revenue Colony, Race Course Circle, Vadodara.
