We  business owners from the Spa, Beauty and Wellness industry (the “Industry”) have united together during this time of crisis for the interests of hundred businesses in Metro Manila.

The purpose of this Petition is to put forward proposals for safe and early resumption of business activity in our industry.

We appreciate and understand that the measures taken by the Government as prudent and necessary in order to flatten the curve and to give breathing room to our brave frontline workers as they combat the COVID-19 virus. However, the damage done to the economy and to our businesses from a prolonged shutdown are catastrophic, not just for us as business owners, but for our employees, their families and the wider community.

The Industry as a baseline agrees that all businesses must implement Safe Entry, enforce Trace Together and appoint Health and Safety Management Officers and adhere to safe management measures prescribed by our National Government.
