Did you know that the Big Battery site is still going ahead at McKees Hill, the new site that has been selected is at 85 Auckram Road, McKees Hill.
28.6 hectares has been leased from the owner at 85 Auckram Road, McKees Hill for this solar project.
Mckees Hill is in Lismore district, NSW Australia.
The Big Batteries consist of Lithium-Ion Phosphate, which is still in its infancy, this type of batteries is still being tested. Scientist have recommended that these batteries not to be used until further testing is completed.
Did you know that these batteries have caught fire at many other sites around the world and in Australia, causing major environmental damage.
We have endangered koalas and more at risk in this location.
Maoneng is in the process of applying for the Big Battery (BESS) to be placed at McKees Hill, under the name:
