Proposed "Breonna's Law" calls for changes to no-knock warrants
Hey, everyone! Looks like law enforcement might be moving in the right direction, as the Louisville Metro Council is currently discussing "Breonna's Law", which aims to regulate no-knock warrants.
According to WLKY, (local news in Louisville, CBS affiliated) the warrants would no longer be used for drug investigations, and officers would be required to wear body cameras.
We are making progress, but the battle is far from over! We must continue to push for change in order protect innocence and prevent racial injustice!
