It has came to my attention as a mother and a student. That kids that are going to school and colleges right now they are being preyed upon by Bank mobile. They are basically solicitating the students to get a checking account with them in order to receive their funds on a faster note if you do file a complaint against them they will try to keep your funds and keep you from having an account with them and keep you from accessing it even so far as to tell the school that they won't disburse your funds because you file to complaint with them I wonder to myself how many people really have complaints about Bank mobile or Viva mobile how many people have complaints about who's dispersing their money to them how many people have been forced to get a checking account with Bank mobile or receive their funds on a later date to different account how many people were denied in checking account with Bank mobile and in turn had to wait longer to receive those funds how many people have a complained about the way they were treated or how they were accessed how they couldn't access their accounts after they file complaint how many schools are still using Bank mobile to disburse funds to these students knowing that these students are being discriminated discriminated against and being retaliated against for the complaints they file how many students out there have had a problem do have a problem or feel like they will have a problem with the way your funds are being dispersed from your school it is not the school that is making the mistake it is the disbursements it is Bank of mobile Viva mobile and there has to be a way to take them out of the right that they have to disperse our funds they are praying upon these students okay they're making their making them get a bank account with them just to receive these prepaid funds and when you complain against them they'll give you a very hard time you'll be able to access your account to try to act like they don't want to send you your money this is unregulated they they have so many colleges that they are dispersing funds for but nobody's looking at them in the way they're doing they are literally using the college students to gain more customers in their Bank no one should have to sign up with a checking account to receive prepaid funds from Pell grants or any other Grant and if you file a complaint with them they should not be able to cut you off of your account because you have a complaint about the way they're doing it because you have a complain about what they're doing to you and your disbursement of funds they're kind of racist in a way discriminatory in a way and they believe because they're dispersing your funds they can treat you any kind of way and nobody stepping up for these students so how many of you guys how many students out there who did have a student loan whose school disburses to bring mobile how many you guys have had a really hard time with them how many times have one of you guys filed a complaint and every retaliate against you when we share before how many colleges have complaints against them they're receiving Federal money to do this job to disburse this money to these students and you know what they're doing they're basically propagating the students they're making them get a checking account with them nobody have to open a check account to get their free money from hell it should be in a prepaid card because it's their money but these banks are praying upon these kids they're making them suffer when they don't sign up with him you got to wait two extra days to get your money if you retaliate against them you won't get it at all they'll try to tell your school that they don't want to send it to you this is a violation of our civil rights and it's even more cold because these are students let's stop them from harming our kids our students and making money off of the federal government only to retaliate and to discriminate against the students let's put it into this we have the power department of Justice look into this this is a crime no one should be able to get away with this treat students this way get paid to do a job and discriminate against the students forced them into getting a checking account and if they don't they're forced to wait two days they should not have to do that over prepaid money that the government is giving them to go to school if they file a complaint they should not have to suffer and be told that they can't open their account mobile stepping to the plate have you been a student did you have a hard time do you remember do you know a student does having a hard time let's get together let's stop this from happening to our children and to us we should not have to go through this if we're trying to get education and no Bank should be able to make money off of the federal government and intern treat the students like they're nothing internal retaliate against the students at file complaints in return blocked the students funds nobody saying anything but I am join me let's put a end to. this Monopoly that bank mobile has done by trying to control every college funds that come through the Pell grant that come through the government they're trying to control it and in turn they're all they're doing is using these students to gain customers okay they're propaganda they'll fail to give that student the money or they'll tell the school they don't want to disperse it they will retaliate against the student for complaining the block the student from their account this is what's happening to our students this is what's happening to the education fund we cannot allow some Bank to do our kids like that do us like that and do our federal government funds like that no one should be able to retaliate against someone for filing a complaint no one should be having to force you into getting a checking account to receive your free funds from your Pell Grant and if you don't apply for their checking account you have to wait three or four more days to get your money they're straight up tell you just like that they are preying on our educational system and the money that we received through it
