CNN reported that On Tuesday, August 3, 2021, Missouri Republican Gov. Mike Parson announced pardons for Patricia and Mark McCloskey, the St. Louis mansion owners who pointed guns at protesters near their home last summer. The protest was in response to then Mayor Lyda Krewson's decision to publish the names and addresses of people in favor of police reform.
The McCloskeys pled guilty to assault and harassment charges paying fines and surrendering the assault weapons. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2021/08/03/politics/mark-mccloskey-patricia-mccloskey-pardon/index.html

Why is justice in this country not equal? It starts with blatant acts such as this one that emboldens others to act similarly. To pick and choose to pardon based on anything other than ethically warranted justification is prejudice and should have no place in government!
We ALL do better together! Let’s make it clear that we want a colorless climate of justice that does not play favorites and if the sitting representatives govern differently they will have to give account to us, the people…the Real Power when We unite.

Require Missouri Governor Mike Parson to explain the basis for this pardon or seek his removal.
