Chandler Joseph Richardson is responsible for the death of a minor child, seventeen year old Angelina Pacheco, of Conway, South Carolina. On the night of Tuesday, August 31st, 2021, Richardson gave the minor child a very dangerous substance, that is suspected to have high traces of fentanyl in it.

Soon after the exchange, Richardson realized that Angelina had passed out and was unresponsive. Instead of calling 911, looking for help, or driving Angelina to the hospital, he dumped her unconscious to die in a park—that was not even a mile away from her home. He drove home as if nothing happened and never told anyone—until he was caught.

Richardson claimed that his phone was dead, and that’s why he was “unable” to offer aid to the victim, despite having a functioning vehicle at the scene. However, Richardson’s story then changed, and he claimed that his phone “didn’t have service” at the time—despite 911 not requiring a service plan, and the fact that there was a cell phone tower very close to the park.

Not only has Angelina’s life been taken, but it has been reported that another incident with one of Richardson’s ex-girlfriends was eerily similar, also resulting in her death as well.

As of September 3rd, 2021, Chandler Joseph Richardson, of Aynor, South Carolina, was released on $30,000 bond. And because he has offended more than once, I’m afraid that justice may never be served for these poor girls who had their whole lives ahead of them. Not to mention the fact that there is a very likely chance that he will offend again and another person will die at his hands.
