Justice Clarence Thomas is not fit to serve on the Supreme Court. His wife, Ginny Thomas, is an ultra right wing activist who has influenced not only his opinions but also the amicus briefs he has supported hearing.  His rulings have been in line with the lobbying efforts of his wife. His most recent ruling, tipping SCOTUS to support gerrymandering in Alabama, will leave only one representative for the entire African American voting population of the state--i.e. 25%. This man is not unbiased and has not deviated from the right wing party line or the causes his wife supports. It is exceedingly distressing that after troubling testimony from Anita Hill and others, Thomas shamed Senators into approving his nomination to SCOTUS by accusing them of carrying out "a modern day lynching," Since then he has consistently voted against the interests of the descendants of those who actually were lynched.
