Dj was sentenced to thirty five years in federal prison for ALLEGEDLY  distributing meth and was sentenced to a mandatory minimum of 35 because of the sentencing guidelines, while child molesters and the person that killed my 11 year old nephew get house arrest. This is an atrocity! Not only that I went to the trial, he was on trial with ten other people at the same time. So while considering his guilt the jurors heard the evidence each and every one of them had committed. There was no controlled buys, he wasn’t caught with anything, three people said they got their drugs from him. So who’s to say three people can’t CONSPIRE to lie and get someone life because they were breaking the law? Think about that. Then these people that testify are given a license to deal and steal, in some big cases even kill, like with the mafia. How is it that because one person gives up information and another doesn’t they get different sentences. That’s unacceptable if we owe a debt to society it should be equal, point blank period. Fairness and equality. Please sign this petition and let’s make a real change the country needs. I mean these people have been getting sentenced to excessive sentences for drug crimes when they are a product of their environment while big pharmaceutical, alcohol, and tobacco companies make millions off of getting our families addicted and killing them with the things they peddle.
