Katia Arobieke started this petition to Department of justice and law

This petition is on behalf of Antonio Aparecido Parreira Junior born on 17/03/1994, Antonio is only 27 years old, married with Nayara Rúbia Ferreira Pires Parreira born on 21/10/1994 and they have a beautiful baby Miguel Antonio Ferreira Parreira born on  18/12/2013, but unfortunately Antonio is very I'll and he has a life expectancy of less than 1 year because he needs a lung transplant and possibly a heart transplant. Antonio came to Ireland with his family and immediately feel ill unfortunately he is not allowed to go back home because professor Sean Gaine from Mater hospital completely advise against it saying that it would result on Antonio's death and at the same time Antonio cannot be on the list for a transplant because he does not have a stamp 4. The situation of this family it is not death or life but is death or death unless the Minister of Justice steps in and grants this young man and his family a life line. Please dear minister Hellen McEntee help this family to receive their residence at the moment the Brasilian community are helping them but still not enough and the real help that they really need can only come from you which is residency so Antonio can be on the list for a transplant.

This petition is about life please let us leave all our political strong points aside and let's us think: how about if Antonio was your brother, your son, your husband, your cousin, your best friend on  the same sittuation in another Country was he going to be deserving of your attention??!!

Le't us do the right thing on this terrible time where so many lives have been claimed all over the World and we are completely powerless this time we can help a little we are not God but we have a tiny chance to help someone in need let's sign everyone!!!!
