Reverse the Decision to Deport a Beloved Father

My father-in-law has had his visa cancelled and is currently fighting deportation. This is due to him serving a total of fifteen months in prison for offences relating to the sale of marijuana. On top of the prison sentence he received and will complete on the 5th of February 2015, he is now facing deportation to England. He has two young children, aged 12 and 6 who he will be separated from. He is a sole parent to them, as their mother abandoned them over five years ago. These two young kids are devastated at the prospect of having their father taken from them.
He has spent over 50 years in Australia, and has his mother, step-father, brothers, children and grandchildren here. He has no family, friends, or any kind of support network in England.
While we acknowledge that he has committed a crime, it was a non-violent crime. Other non-citizens are allowed to remain in Australia having committed violent crimes. Other then his minimal crime he is otherwise a well respected person within his community, and is always willing to help out anyone in need and with community events.
Please sign this petition to help keep him in Australia with his children.
