I want to ask everyone to please sign this petition and share it with other friends. We need all the support we can get to try to bring my cousin home and be able to hug his son again. Jose Arias is been here in the USA since he was four years old. He was raise here and his primary language is English. He became a teenage father. He was 16 yrs. when he welcome his son Alex who is 4 years old now. Like everyone in some point of our lives we make wrong decisions. He already completed his disciplinary sentence that was needed in Vance County. The day he was getting release his cousins saw ICE taking him. His son was waiting for him to eat lunch that day with him and overall to spend Christmas together. No matter what type of problem he was facing his number one priority was Alex his son. He never wanted his son to be without a father supporting him like he was. He also help support his mother and grandmother who has a heart problem. He was very attach to his grandmother who has raise him as one of her children. All his family is here in the USA and the most important person for him is here too. Please help us reunite and be able to see the smile of Alex. He deserves a second chance to be with his son and family.
Thank you for your support
