In every Government Bank whenever customer visits bank to update his/her bank account whether its a KYC, Life certificate, mobile number update or any other update. Customer submit application and never get receiving for that. Even Bank executive says that your account will be updated soon but in actual it never updated. 

Similar thing happen to my mother SBI account. Just after opening account she got passbook from SBI and surprisingly she found that her name was mentioned as Mr. Sunita instead of Mrs. Sunita. She asked bank for update and Bank executive updated on that instant. But refuse to issue new passbook. After some days her  Cheque book got delivered with name Mr. Sunita instead of Mrs. Sunita. Moving forward with in 1 year we requested thrice for name change and provided all KYC documents every time for name change. But every time they never provided us receiving. It took almost 1 year to change her name Title from Mr. to Mrs. This happened due to lack of receiving given by bank as every time bank refused that we have not submitted any application earlier.

Why this petition?

1. Every Govt. bank need to provide receiving for each request to customer so that
    in case of any dispute customer can show receiving to banks.
2. Quality of work ethics of Govt bank will improve.
3. Save wastage of customer time.
