Students are already stressed as it is and aren’t being taught the syllabus properly, it would be unfair and illogical to expect them to write exams and carry on with school like this so we should stick to the original plan the department of education had and let the metrics and grade sevens write their exams to let the next set of students come through and to pass the rest of the grades and carry on next year where they’ll be in the next grade but will also stay an extra hour to go over anything important they missed the previous year. This will be more beneficial to students and will enable them to study and focus on their school work but also going back puts us all at a risk and children don’t know how to do social distancing as well as online schooling being unfair to those who don’t have access to WiFi or electronic devices.
