Stop the proposed 2014-2015 co-location at John Dewey High School Now

This petition had 597 supporters

Support John Dewey High School by saying "yes" to expanding our school's existing programs and saying "no" to having a separate school move into our building.

John Dewey High school is at 80% capacity despite the fact that:

1) Notices were sent to prospectve parents that John Dewey High School was closing for the 2012-2013 school year.

2) John Dewey High School was not in the hard copy or online version of the High School Handbook last year.

3) False information was printed in the media concering the damages sustained to the School by Superstorm Sandy.

In addition, our programs are better than ever. We had over 900 prospective students visit our disply at the City Wide High School Fair.

Please put an immediate stop to the 2014-2015 proposed co-location at John Dewey High School
