Doing rush paper works. Patience? In SHS you surely need it. Sometimes your effort doesn't match the grades that has been given to you. You have to patient and learn to accept and do your best the second time around. Time management is also a big key in SHS you have to distribute yourself and do your best because you can't just focus on one subject only. Remember that every subject matters.
The problem that we want to solve in NO TO ASSIGNMENT POLICY
We want the students to have a lot of time preparing themselves for another day for tomorrow. We need to give them a break! After an exhausting day they deserve to have a rest. We can't always push them to there limit. For them to have a energy the next day, well they need to have a break at home and give there time to their family. We can't force them to think everyday and every night. They need to sleep early and relax at home. Have fun talking with their parents and siblings. Let them rest even just at home, they are not robots. Whom you can always order to do something, whom you can dictate anything. They are humans, who needs rest and time for their love ones. We don't need to pressure them just let them feel relax.
