School shootings are on the rise in America and fatalities and life altering injuries are occuring more frequently because of this. Teachers are fearful for their lives. Parents and Guardians are afraid to send their students to school in the name of education. School kids play russian roulette every day they go to class.

The Federal Government and Local Government must step in and pay more attention to protecting our youth vs protecting gun rights!

Schools both private and public should be required to install metal detectors and have clear bag policies to prevent weapons from being brought into a school building. Mandatory active shooter training should be required as are fire drills and natural disaster drills.  All schools, both private and public should also be held responsible in the event a shooting occurs on school grounds that is a result of an act or acts of bullying which had been reported previously.

America needs to take back our school system experience. This means being more proactive and less reactivate. We must take bullying seriously, we must hold everyone accountable walking into the school building to add to the safety of those inside...

America can not simply stand by and wait for the next school shooting like our education system is playing duck duck goose.

Protect our kids. Protect them from each other. Protect them from themselves.

Take bullying serious and make it harder for a person with a firearm to gain access to school buildings. Punish bullies and stop being passive about their behavior.

Schools in America MUST DO BETTER.
