Many Students are having difficult times on this new learning system. The increased screen time of online classes and the lack of face-to-face interaction have affected many students’ mental and physical health, In fact, increased screen time has been linked to anxiety, depression and perceived attention problems. No one knows how long the pandemic will last, but schools should consider changing the way they grade students during this difficult time to take into account the real health issues students are facing.

Students need to take a break because of the overload of works and modules that causes them to be stressed, depressed and more likely to have anxiety. Mental Health for Student like me is important because it can greatly affects my studies and especially myself. A mental health break is anything that allows you to step back, relax, and recharge your mind. Mental health breaks can look different for everyone, depending on what helps them feel the renewal they need.

Taking a health break may also help us to combat or escape mental health issues that are often associated with a chronic physical condition by nurturing our mental health. It can avoid the onset or relapse of a physical or mental disorder in some cases. For example, handling stress well may have a positive effect on heart disease.
