Vocational trainers working as teachers in many govt schools in himachal pradesh and providing better education but they are exploited by companies and also by govt. From many years tbey are not getting salary on time and there is no proper hike in salaries. Department do not take serious actions against vtps. There is alot of work load in trainers in schools. For example completing guest lecture targets, industry visit. This has no meaning. If govt provied an L.A then there is no need to send funds to schools. Also vocational trainer is suffering from all. So i think salary of vocational trainers shoulb be 25k. And all benefits like vacations winter, summer should be given to vocational trainers. Salaries must be in time.
