Respected Sir,

Its a great pleasure to me to write to you directly regarding the problems faced by Delhi Government Aided Schools Employees. The following are the problems:-

1. Consolidation of seniority List of all the govt aided schools within their cadre. I.e. Vice Principal, PGT, TGT Lab. Asstt. Ministerial staff  etc.

Reason:- when any employee declared surplus and transferred from one aided school to another he/ she looses his seniority. Simply if you worked 20 years on a particular post and eventually declared surplus and adjusted to other aided school you will be junior to a person who appointed just one day before your joining. It is wrong practice and should be removed.

2. Inter Transfer from one aided school to another:- Inter transfer can be possible if there is a provision of joint seniority for all the Govt Aided Schools.  So there must be a provision of joint seniority of all the cadres in all govt aided schools.

3. Promotion to the post of Principal & Vice Principal, PGT and TGT should be made On the basis of joint seniority. As it is done for Government Schools of Delhi.

Reasons:- This provision reduce conflict between the management and the employees. It further reduces court cases and a lot of man power and money waisted on pity issues.

It further increase the overall atmosphere in govt aided schools ultimately increases the level of education in govt aided schools.

It is further provide equal justice to all the employees as all will get their dues on time and without any prejudice of management. It is because management favor some employees and promote some of their near and dear ones on higher posts.

4. All the aided schools employees don't have proper GPF account. All schools have saving bank account and uses them as GPF. All employees get saving bank interest that is 3 to 4 percent. It is a re recurring loss for every employee as they loose more than 4 % every month. If they convert the said GPF into Fixed deposit bank charges TDS on the interest earned. If you have 10 to 15 lakh into your GPF you loose a very good amount or savings.

If the employer issuing Form 16 and consider that saving bank deposit as GPF and Govt also giving all tax rebate than why why banks deducted TDS on that GPF saving converted into FD. FD was made to get some extra interest on our saving.

At last I request you to consider my request and make changes in the DSEA&R 1973 if needed to implement all the necessary changes. All the employees of all the Govt Aided schools will be greatful to the Govt.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully
