"Study Now, Pay Later" Act of 2017 or House Bill No. 5066 revolves around enabling students who cannot afford to attend higher education to get into any degree program of any private institution who are accredited by CHED. The tuition fees are to be paid when the students graduate and get a job.

Though this bill paves the way for the less fortunate students to graduate with a degree, only 5% to 10% of the student population of the private institution can benefit from this bill.

This act was proposed by Baguio lawmaker, Marquez Go.
