Consideration of over aged candidates due to delay in Public Sector recruitment

There are many competitive exams in India that release their notification but delay their recruitment process. They would conduct exam but not release the results or don't take the process forward. And would ultimately cancel the recruitment. They would again release the same recruitment but usually don't consider candidates who were part of previous process and are now over aged. Thus can't apply in it anymore. We must sign this petition that in such cases it should be made pertinent to consider candidates who have applied last time and are now over aged. Raising the maximum age for recruitments from 28 years to 30 years.
