Children need at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. However, educators and the school board is organizing and planning their lesson on how to promote test scores and keeping children discipline. Physical activity is viewed negatively due to the fact that children are moving around. However, with good management and discipline, physical can benefit children in many ways!
To release energy (expenditure)
promote healthy behavior and lifestyle changes
stimulates the brain
improve motor skills
We should incorporate physical activity our lecture and lesson to help children stay healthy. Most importantly, LET KIDS BE KIDS!
