Yoga is an ancient medical practice which brings balance to body & mind. Regular practice of Yoga at an early age has been shown to bring mental focus, clarity & can lead to health & wellness.
Physically, yoga enhances flexibility, strength, and proprioception.
Mentally, yoga and meditation are helpful to overcome stress, anxiety, and depression major issues which students nowadays face.  Adding yoga and meditation to the curriculum of schools will improve academic performance & development of the future of this country.
