We students this year will not be getting a hybrid model because of the 25% of students without the data provided from the other 75% so therefor the department of education have decided to stick to the normal leaving cert the leaving cert is based off a course of learning for two years from fifth to sixth year we are not getting a hybrid model although the sixth years this year have missed out on the most important, crucial times of the last two years and what do we get in return a shortage of questions let’s make a example if there’s six maths questions and you now only have to answer 4 and your not good at maths what difference does that make your still not going to get a good mark we all need to stand together and fight this because If were all really angry about this then we have to fight for change boycott the mocks show the department of education how much they have damaged our desire and motivation to even see out sixth year we feel betrayed,thrown under the bus unappreciated for all the loses of family members because of Covid and yet we all still turn up to school no matter what and you are only shortening the questions the department of education had two years to form a good structure of predicted grades because of the impact of covid still being here with us today and yet they come up with nothing 48 hours would be all we need to convince the department of education or force there hand for overturn there original decision and give us what we have earned and deserved we want a hybrid model and we want it now so who’s with me .
