Layla Wallis started this petition to Department of Defense and

I’m petitioning on behalf off my dad Richard wallis I personally think he’s been wrongly convicted for murder there was a 7 week trial for him and 3 others what became 4 people involved ended in a 1 person being accused and convicted for murder that was my dad. There were loads at fault with the case on behalf off everyone who was witnesses/co-defenders/police/ jury/Judge. The whole case was corrupted and not heard fairly as my dad got convicted on a co-defenders word say the pathology reports and ortopsy reports say they believe there was no foot involved there was no bruising to the mans brain or swelling. Evan what the other boys admitted to do to the man ie 1 off them hit him with a blank of wood other kicked him and the other punching him the pathology reports say they believe nune off them blows would off killed the man. The man was 358 times over the limit to drive and I state in the reports he drowned in his own fluids. I state the Judge demanded the jury to find my dad guilty for MURDER and as he was found guilty my dad dident have no one in his defence as his barrister was in the toilets having a heart attack and was then rushed to hospital the judge also said in sentence he believes and excepted there was no intent to kill so how is that murder? If there’s no intent it’s not murder it’s manslaughter. there were 9 jurors present that day off sentencing because the others went on holiday. I would like you or who ever it concerns to take time out to read this little bit off story about my dad because I’m not ever gunna stop untill I have justice for my dad and the poor man who sadly ant here today. What is justice because I still haven’t got any real justice for my dad or the poor man or his family? So thank you again for reading this and taking time out off your day  and I hope and pray someone is out there who agrees with me and believes in real justice I truly believe cases like these should be done probably as it’s only paper to some people but to other people there whole life depends on the law book. I’m willing to do anything to prove my dads innocence
