I'm signing because after I got out of the service I had a difficult road and want to help others by giving them positive encouragement that they can do it. Half way there. It's just down the mountain. You can do it.

My brother died in VietNam, NO VETERAN EVER should not have everything he needs taken care of. Shame on our Government for not providing for them They have sacrificed everything for US....now they need us....PLEASE FUND ALL AND I MEAN ALL THEIR NEEDS.

It makes sense to be able to talk to another it is better to speak to a brother who was there and knows what you experienced instead of someone just there to lend support.

I am a wife of a 33 year veteran, a mother, daughter-In-Law and Sister-in-Law of Veterans and I see and what PTSD and other related symptoms of depression does to our vets. My signature is for all the Vets out there that are suffering and would like to see this program to continue.

I'm the wife of an enlisted 3-tour veteran who is now a retired officer. These 46 years haven't a
lways been easy, but we're both still here. I could volunteer, but I'm not a veteran. I wrote a memoir (pub. 2015) about being the spouse, however.

My former Spanish teacher was an old veteran from Vietnam. Hearing what he sometimes say about Vietnam, scares me. It was a bit overwhelming for me, but the actual veterans are the ones that experienced all of this. It must be traumatizing. My teacher always said it was hell there.
