Put LFTB back on their menus because it is a safe product for consumers

Boneless Lean Beef is an important component of the food chain in the United States. Using a process that puts ammonium hydroxide on the meat sanitizes it and creates a safer product. In fact, 300 BILLION meals have been made using boneless lean beef so far, and the product has not tested positive for e coli in any of them.

I am calling for consumers to educate themselves before wildly charging into a decision that has so many negative effects on the environment (more cattle must be used to make the same or a lower quality product, thereby straining the environment), is less safe, will ultimately cost thousands of hard-working families their jobs and impact associated industries, from cold storage to transportation to the processing plants, themselves.
