Make the Universal Credit Helpline more affordable for mobile phone users

The Universal Credit Helpline is currently an 0345 number. This means that it can cost as much as 45p a minute to call - including the time a person is on hold.
For people on low incomes, who do not have a landline- the costs can be catastrophic. If the phone is pay as you go, a caller's credit can be wiped out before they even get to speak to anybody.
It's exploitation of people who are least able to afford it. If you have to call the Universal Credit Helpline, chances are you have little or no money to waste.
Help get the number changed so that it is more affordable to mobile phone users.
