The ongoing incidents of death driving in the Springtown Road area has seen damage to local property and the increased concern of local residents that an injury or fatality could occur if measures are not taken to address the issue.

This petition calls on:

-The Minister for Infrastructure and Roads Service in Derry to review the existing safety measures on the Springtown Road to reduce the ability for death drivers to speed through the area.

-The PSNI to increase their presence in the area to deter death drivers and to proactively clamp down on those death drivers seen speeding in the Springtown Road area.
