Learning never ends throughout life. The right to education is the right of humans. Everyday skill is learned by co-operate people in each of the departments inclusive of both public and private sectors. Any skill or learning can be done by reading books with analysis and understanding of the right text. The fee of the university is obligatory and of utmost necessity in India. The right of free education given by the government approximately is asphyxiation for the children who cannot afford to go to college and at times not able to pay the bills. The scholarships most times are delimited by the university grants to people in need and not able to reach the students which later takes a toll on adulthood. This means that we need to pay a high university fee structure even the Quality of education is not growing as per standard. Here, I will like to produce a petition that any individual in the country or around the globe can learn from globalized standards through Books and can appear for a Major/Degree/Ph.D/Graduation/Certification in a very small amount costing less than $15 and excess to Labs such individuals for learning and experimentation should be free. This should not be under the control of the government or grants. However, Free to all individuals of the society. For eg: The books of MBBS, space engineering, arts, illustrators can be accessed in the library etc. Herein, I want to bring a movement understanding country conditions. Please sign the request and make your child worthy of standardized education. The age is defined in university as other circumstances to enroll which should be liberated from factor age as the human brain is not dead.
