Make school and work at a later time in the day

Forcing children or young adults to wake up at 7:00 or earlier to go to school/work is not fair. Children can feel pressured or scared and can underperform to a serious extent. Studies have shown that if a child gets up naturally, rather than being shouted at by an alarm or parent, their scores in tests on that day can increase by up to 30%.
I think the school day should start between 10:30 AM and 11 AM, and finish at 5PM.
This keeps the length of the school day the same, but shifts the time up. I think this would be a positive change and would put less stress on young minds.
