This amendment will destroy home valuations and opens the neighborhood to increased unlawful activities. Next, the City of Denver is already overpopulated. We have cyclical droughts and therefore are required to ration water usage. This amendment is almost certainly a sellout to developers and businesses that likely will not live within the City limits.

I have lived near group housing and NO ONE enforced the codes or laws. If you pass this you had better have a plan to enforce !!!!

This is just wrong. Greedy developers and investors should not get to decide the fate of the neighborhood that I chose to settle and invest my life in. The city is trying to steal our property and lifestyle away in the name of progress without any due process.

I do not support the new zoning changes and I expect you to vote no in this amendment because it is not in the best interests of those you represent and frankly not in the best interests of those they are trying to serve those who need services where they live.

I am not sure I have ever seen anything so lopsided in the negative side. There are so many things wrong with this Amendment and the handling of it is bordering on the criminal side! How can this possibly proceed even with a few minor "tweaks"? This is a new underhanded way of implementing change without any consensus. Plus the justifications are completely unsubstantiated!

I’m tired of the failed and corrupt “leadership” of Denver and OUR Beautiful state of Colorado! These crooks need to go! Real solutions are Required! No MORE Money to line the pockets of corrupt politicians and NOT help the people (ALL people) that they swore to protect and serve!

I’ve worked hard and saved up to purchase a home in a safe community. If I wanted to buy on the cheap and live next to homeless shelters and halfway homes, I would! But that would be my choice. I will not have it forced upon me and my family.

Find another way to help the homeless, Denver. Allowing 20 people to live next door to me while they attempt to recover from drug addiction is not the solution.

No on Group Living Amendment. It does nothing to benefit our neighborhoods and beautiful City. In fact, it could begin another flight to the suburbs and leave all our family neighborhoods to other types of occupation. I understand the homeless issue but this is not the solution!
