The people don’t want it, they didn’t ask for it. The land should be utilized more efficiently. It’s time the voices of many were heard!

Thoughtful urban planning is important. Locating a big box store at this location be a strain on an increasingly congested traffic area and would be a HUGE lost opportunity for development of Fox Street, especially in light of the commuter rail station at 41st and Fox. SUNI envisions Fox Street as a pedestrian-friendly main street, with housing (especially affordable housing) units available to people who won't need cars.

I live close by and we want something better than a dang Home Depot. I can drive the 10 min to Arvada if I need to get some paint. This will hurt local hardware shops.

Denver is in a housing crisis! We do not need another massive parking lot structure. We need high density, affordable housing, and permanent supportive housing.

Denver needs to prioritize additional affordable housing, before continued commercial expansion.

The correct use of land adjacent to a transit station is residential and commercial missed use. Big box stores are a creation of the suburban, auto-oriented mentality, and as such have no place in a uniquely urban context.

this is over-kill; we need housing near the railroad line, and people who move in there do not need a Home Depot!
