Change Denver parking meters near the courthouse to allow longer parking

On many days, parking in the area of the Denver courthouses is crowded but manageable. The meters in the area have a 2 hour limit. Again, on many days that limit is fine. You can get in, take care of your business, and get out with plenty of time to spare.
However, there are other days where it can take almost 2 hours just to get through the security line. By the time you are through security, you need to go back and add additional time to your meter and then get back in the security line. Otherwise, by the time you are done in the courthouse, you will return to a lovely yellow envelope with your parking ticket inside.
Simply added an additional hour to these meters would solve this problem.
