Mother Nature, Save Her; Lawbreakers Follow the Law.

   The environment is under constant attack by different kinds of pollution, it is obvious to see the adverse effect of this pollution to the health and well being of the people. News about natural disasters, and catastrophes are attributed to our wanton disregard of our environment is all over the news. Weather patterns has been changing for the worst during the last century. 

    One of the solution that the government has propose is the total ban of plastic packages use in malls, groceries, public markets, and sari-sari stores. The law aims to stop the use of plastic packaging that eventually ends up clogging our sewer and river system which in effect creates flood during rainy seasons. 

  The law clearly states that anyone who violates the law is given a penalty based on it's provision. Government officials who are task to uphold the law should be more vigilant in using the full force of that law all the time and anywhere.

  Though, the use of plastics has obviously decreased in malls, but its still widely used in markets, and sari-sari stores in the community. Plastics can still be found everywhere, the government should use her political will to use the full force of the law to make the environment a safer, and healthier place for the next generations to come.
