Democrats, Democrat leaning Republicans, independents, and even Republicans deserve to know if Joe Biden will add Supreme Court Justices beyond the current maximum value of nine if he takes office after the upcoming election.

It is unfair to the American people that he continues to not answer the question.  He should answer the question as the fundamental structure of our checks and balances will be changed drastically if more than nine Justices serve on the court at once.
