In a not-so-shocking turn of events, the DNC has changed the rules and format of the upcoming Democratic Debate in Arizona. 

Instead of the usual format, where candidates stand at lecterns and take questions from moderators and the audience, while being given the chance for rebuttals, the new format mirrors the CNN Town Hall format: Both candidates will be seated and will take multiple questions from the audience one candidate at a time, with seemingly no official rules giving chance for rebuttal. 

This is an obvious attempt to protect the favored establishment candidate, and even simpler than that, a drastic last minute change that does not provide for fair debate. They would say it is to avoid the messy shouting match that occurred in the last debate, but let’s be clear: If the moderators can not control two candidates rather than six, then the failure is on their part and they should not be given the safety of changing formats to avoid said failure. 

Let the DMC and CNN know that this is not OK! We want a fair debate format that challenges both candidates, because that is the format that will be used in the general, and Donald Trump will not be as lenient as the DNC with our nominee. We need a significant amount of signatures to voice our displeasure and force them to revert the format.
