The proposed tariff increases are:

Electricity- 6.9%
Water- 9.9%
Sewerage- 9.9%
Refuse- 9.9%
Rates- 6.9%

Taking into account the COVID 19 pandemic, people are not working or earning full salaries and cannot meet current expenses, these increases in tariffs cannot be justified on any moral and social grounds.
