The Issue
The American Family Court Judicial system and its acting agents; lawyers, Judges, Guardian ad litems, CPS/DCFS agents, police, etc. are ACTIVELY engaging in Human Rights Violations, Human Trafficking, Constitutional Violations, and Civil Rights Violations in the United States.
This is a call to action! No child or abused parent is safe from the gross overreach of the corrupt American Family Court Judicial System.
These court appointed officials are ACTIVELY engaging in CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.
Three American citizens; Julie Valadez, her 15 year old son Ethan Valadez, and their advocate Kathryn Xian have been illegally and unlawfully detained by Canadian Officials after seeking political asylum in Vancouver, Canada.
This is an illegal detainment and arrest by Canadian officials. The corrupt Family Court American officials are using The Hague Convention to unlawfully silence domestic violence victims, their children and now their advocates who are fleeing for their lives.
The illegal Hague Order was ex-parte, sealed, and was never served to either adult parties involved. There was no risk assessment performed on the minor child. The three individuals were detained on a sidewalk by Danielle Jenkins-Bernard with the CBSA.
The minor child in this case has continually ran away from his abuser and was desperate to reconnect with his mother who was living in Canada at the time. The minor child fled Wisconsin to find his Mother in Canada.
The minor child had been unlawfully removed from his Mother’s care for over a year. Mother fled Waukesha, Wisconsin and is actively seeking asylum in Canada as a result of the continued judicial corruption by Judge Michael Alrahamian, Judge Ralph Ramirez and GAL Molly Jasmer.
Julie Valadez has WON FOUR appeals cases in a Wisconsin Appeals courthouse against Judge Ralph Ramirez and Judge Michael Aprahamian.
The minor child is the VICTIM of continued and ongoing child abuse by the hands of his Father and was illegally and unconstitutionally removed from his Mother’s care.
The Mother, Julie Valadez is the victim of ongoing and continued domestic violence, legal abuse and judicial abuse by the hands of her ex husband, Ricardo Valadez and Waukesha Family court officials.
We are demanding Justice and Judicial accountability for all parties named in this petition. The unlawful and unconstitutional use of the legal defense known as “parental alienation syndrome” must be banned from every court room across the globe.
We, the People of the United States of America, are demanding Judicial Accountability and oversight of this case IMMEDIATELY for these egregious human rights violations and crimes being committed against these three victims.
We, the People of the United States of America, demand Wisconsin Attorney General, Josh Kaul, the United States Attorney General Merrick Garland, and the United States Vice President (and former California Attorney General), Kamala Harris to DO THEIR JOBS and ensure the Constitution of the United States is followed and to investigate ALL government officials who have touched this case.
We, the People of the United States of America are demanding JUSTICE immediately for these victims and ALL victims of these crimes.
The American Family Court system is trafficking America’s children and is actively engaging in a modern day slave trade of children and domestic violence victims; all for profit.
There is a war raging on children, women and abuse victims in America.
We, the People of the United States of America, are demanding the American Government to DO THEIR JOBS and release these victims immediately.
