This petition is set forth by the peoples that cross the Southern California border, whether in a vehicle or as a pedestrian. We allege and uphold that CBP has not removed the concrete barriers and razor wires from the san ysidro port of entry or opened the entry point known as “PedWest”, unnecessarily, further extending the blockage set when the “Honduran Caravan” was in Tijuana, Mex. “We the people” state in this claim, that the blockage of the San Ysidro port of entry and the extended closure of “PedWest” not only violates our human rights and our international right to move freely without any barriers or restrictions , but also causes an economic backlash in all of the Tijuana/San Diego metropolitan mega region. We have seen and know that the only reason of the blockage, since the caravan left, has been omission of duty on behalf of CBP administration and arrogance of commanders and CBP officers to not carry out their duties as public servants and federal employees. Furthermore, we demand that the concrete barriers , fences, razor wires be removed so that we can use all lanes that were paid for by tax payer money and that “PedWest” be opened immediately for pedestrian traffic. We believe in doing this the Tj/SD region residents will be able to flow more freely to work, school, or any other event that requires the use of the San Ysidro port of entry into and out of California and that the local economy and our personal economy will flourish and we can be law abiding tax paying citizens.

By signing this petition the person agrees that what was said in this document is true and correct and that if our demands are not met we will file a class action lawsuit against CBP and any entity that does not conform. Under penalty of perjury we are willing to have our right respected, so that the border can be opened completely and immediately to all forms of traffic!
