Demand the Fulfillment of Trash & Maintenance Requests at Sutton Place Apartments!
Why this petition matters
The trash area of Sutton Place Apartments has become an absolute disgust and environmental hazard. Trash is piled and stacked in the corner and continues to build. This is has led to animals and rodents picking the trash bags apart.
Residents have gone weeks if not months with maintenance request not being fulfilled in a timely manner. This poor service is not acceptable to the residents of the Sutton Place community.
Trash needs to be picked up 2-3 times per week to keep the piles to a minimum. We need multiple trash bins throughout the community to alleviate the piles from growing. We have a large community and only having two areas to throw away trash is not reasonable.
Maintenance Management needs to communicate better with the residents regarding their service request. Residents should be communicated with once a service request is submitted into the portal. Weeks without any follow up is not acceptable. Once contact is made, the maintenance staff needs keep the resident abreast of any changes that may occur.
