At The Standard in Atlanta, we are fighting to be heard. We have:

• No communication or expedited efforts to fix our A/C units. We have gone 7+ months without AC. This is a property-wide issue, many apartments have gone at least 3 months without A/C.
• Roach infestations in our kitchens and rooms. 
• Humid apartments which breeds mold and promotes unsanitary and uncomfortable living spaces
• Mold growing on clothes, bags, and surfaces because of constant humidity 

For the A/C, we have received only $300 compensation for going 3 months without A/C. This will not reverse the detrimental health effects we have suffered.

We were initially told we would have a working A/C by the end of August. This has now been extended to NOVEMBER. The humidity and mold resulting from this are extremely unhygienic.

If we band together now we can demand suitable living conditions.

We need to act now!!
