I believe in keeping our community in tact and preserving what is left of the local ecosystem and limiting erosion and pollution. There are several other outer-lying areas that are suitable for housing.

You’re forcing out natural wildlife, plus old dr reality is crap!

I'm signing because adding 86 homes in such a small area is not supportable: potential runoff into Lion's Lake, roadways insufficient and cost to improve appropriately too high, and impact on wildlife.

The people of the neighborhood should have some input! Recent dealings with the organization I am a board member of have revealed that City Management are idiots. The City managers and the City Attorneys attempts to intimidate us failed miserably.

We can't allow the almighty dollar and the growth-just-for-the-sake-of-growth philosophy to lead this effort.

En ironmentsl readons. This area is a refuge for so many animals, never mind the variety of plants and trees which grow there. I am also concerned what the ru off would do to Lions Lake.

My hometown doesn't need more homes to ruin the quality of all the other beautiful homes in the area. We need larger lots. There are enough cookie cutter homes. Let's start creating special ones that allow families to have a quality life.
