As someone, who has been an ardent player and fan of Pet Simulator 99, I've been touched deeply by the decline in the quality of updates ever since the change from 3-week intervals to weekly updates. The updates, previously anticipated with enthusiasm and excitement, have become mundane. Their frequency has negatively impacted the suspense, novelty and ultimately, the player satisfaction. 

Based on a survey among 'Simulator Games Players' conducted in 2020, it was found that constant, rapid changes and updates can blunt the user's interest and effectiveness of the game (Statista, 2020). The report says that game players prefer spaced out, qualitative updates that provide a greater level of suspense, intrigue, and substantial changes to the game experience.

Feedback from the Pet Simulator 99 community asserts that the move to one week update intervals has stripped the game of novel content releases – making the expansions feel less thoughtful, less expansive, and overall less thrilling. This situation undermines the joy passionate players, like myself, used to derive while waiting for the next big update.

By reverting to a 3-week interval, the Pet Simulator 99 game can uphold its original charm and allow the designers ample time to provide substantial, satisfying updates. For the sake of long-term player satisfaction and the overall success of Pet Simulator 99, I urge the developers to revisit their update interval policy.
